Only a few more days to register for Oneness Awakening!

Abstract illustration of magic sparkling lily background.

Oneness Awakening Course, Feb. 11 & 12, at Infinity Foundation, Highland Park, IL.

The Oneness Awakening Course is filled with meditation, chanting, energy clearing, and deep processes to heal many challenges in your life.  It also initiates you to give the Oneness Deeksha to others, as well as to yourself. The blessing of this energy transmission is beyond words…to be able to shift someone’s spirit in under a minute – to relieve their suffering – is an immense gift to give.  Each Deeksha we give to others, is given to us as well, raising the energy field of the collective to a higher vibration. For current hands-on Deeksha Givers who want to repeat the course, please contact me for special information. To read more about the Oneness Awakening Course and to register, click here.

Many of you, like me, have volunteered on a soul level to be part of the global awakening of the heart. Just living on this planet now, with eyes wide open, is a raw and challenging experience. Thank you for all that you are doing and being. I urge you to be fiercely in favor of the awakening of consciousness. I urge you to live it, to walk your talk and use every tool you can to heal your own relationships and trauma.  The world needs us all to awaken to even greater levels of consciousness.

Most importantly, I urge you to live from the inside out: to make your heart your home base, to live your inner Essence and inner truth, and take action whenever and wherever you are spiritually guided.   As one of my favorite poets, Rumi, wrote, “Don’t go back to sleep!”

Love and Blessings,

Paula

New video about Oneness Awakening Course

photodune-6777212-paradigm-shift--xsCan you feel the shift we’re in? It’s dazzling at times and may also feel terrifying, depressing, or chaotic…and maybe all at the same time!

How to be? What to do? How to connect and anchor in these shifting times? If these questions are on your mind, please consider attending the upcoming Oneness Awakening Course at Infinity Foundation on Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 11 and 12 in Highland Park, IL (a suburb of Chicago). Out of town? Fly, drive, bus, or train it in – it will be a powerful boost of energy, insight, and growth for your awakening journey.  You’ll have the opportunity to go very deep in connecting with whatever is sacred to you (whether you call it Spirit, the Universe, Source, God, etc) – which is what makes it possible to hear clear guidance and manifest your heart’s desires. The course includes experiential, healing processes to break through areas of blockage in all relationships, as well as in financial, health, and career challenges. Plus, you will be initiated to give the very powerful energy transmission that is sweeping the globe – the Oneness Deeksha (also known as the Oneness Blessing).  Deeksha is known to quickly catalyze a lifting of vibration, an expansion of consciousness, an opening of the heart, an increase in self-awareness, and a quieting of the chattering mind.  You’ll be able to give Deeksha to yourself, loved ones. children, pets, and everyone your life touches! It can be given hands-on or by intention – you don’t need to be physically present with anyone to give it.

My co-facilitator of the course, Savita Laura Jachim, and I were interviewed on the Inner Quest Cable television show this week about Oneness, Awakening, and the Oneness Awakening Course.  Savita demonstrates how Deeksha is given in this video. You can watch the taped interview here

Begin with joining a FREE conference call to go on a shamanic journey!  Wednesday, January 11, from 7:30-8:30pm, CST.  No experience necessary –  take a shamanic journey and meet your personal Spirit Guide. It’s easy, relaxing, and powerful too. Got any burning questions? Ask your own Guide! Spirit is always waiting for our willingness to ask for help! Why do you think you have to do this challenging thing called Life all alone?  We weren’t built to run on self-will….we are meant to let go and let Spirit embrace us in the flow of life. Does a flower force itself to grow? Does the earth read books on how to orbit the sun? We’ve forgotten that everything we need for happiness lies within. To register for this free shamanic inward journey, contact Paula Rosenfeld at: paula@fromtheheartcenter.com.     journeycircleandmeditation

And if you like shamanic journeying with a love-filled group, from the comfort of your own home on these cold, winter nights….then I’m hoping you’ll consider joining a 4-week telephonic shamanic group to really create a lasting resolution for 2017.  Read on please:

LET GO OF SELF-WILL & FALL IN LOVE WITH YOUR LIFE!

2017 is launching — full of unknown potential, challenges, and tremendous opportunity!  If you’re going to follow-through on any resolutions, may I recommend one in particular:  Letting go and letting Spirit take the reigns. Whether you want to manifest a fulfilling and prosperous career, to call-in a significant other, to begin a new path, or to heal your body…it all starts by connecting with your Divine Within and ripples outward. Ignite and amplify vibrant self-love now  – that is, connect with that love and guidance that the Universe has for you – and you’ll attract the fulfillment that your heart is yearning for!

Once a week, for 4 weeks, we’ll gather together via conference call to work with a personal shamanic Spiritual Guide to catalyze the joy, excitement, energy, creativity, and inspiration of your soul. Each of the sessions will include a talk, meditation, shamanic journeying, and group sharing. No experience necessary. Class objectives:

  • Deepen your unique connection to Spirit, build your trust, and clarify your own inner guidance and visions. Shamanic journeying to unseen realms can be a thrilling path of direct, personal revelation – never boring, and so often filled with surprises, synchronicity, wisdom, and intimate communion with your Source.
  • Move through fear to break through unconscious upper-limits. Spirit’s got your back! It’s time now to be your authentic self! The world needs that from each of us who hold a vision of peace, safety, fulfillment, abundance, and love for all…Spirit put that vision in place, so let’s allow Spirit to creatively do the guidance and support we crave.
  • Bask in the energy of meditation, gratitude, and miracles to create an irresistible field of love and attraction that brings your desires into form.
  • Be boldly adventurous and cozy at the same time, with uplifting group connection, spiritual guidance, and support for a profound inward journey.
  • Create the ‘fully-alive’ life you want and be powerfully in love with the life you have. This isn’t a dress rehearsal…those who are willing are waking up to an inner calling that’s intensely unique and beautifully perfect…a calling that serves the world.  “Don’t go back to sleep”, as the poet Rumi says.

Bring only what you can carry

Beautiful dove in a blue sky symbol of faithHello beautiful ones and very lovely and sacred holidays to all! Whatever you are celebrating at this special time of year, I wish for you, and for all of us, the lightness of inner peace. When each of us, no matter what our circumstances, find our way back to the Center Within, there will be the peace on earth that our hearts long to manifest.

I needn’t remind you of what a challenging year it’s been. Many of us are feeling it in our bones, muscles, and organs. Some major illusions have been ripped away, perhaps leaving us confused or frightened. For many, the concept of “safety” has altered dramatically. Many feel restless, anxious, angry, and perhaps very eager to heed the call to action clanging in our hearts. We may not know with clarity what we are being called to do – but we are on alert that change is happening now and full of potential opportunity. As the mystical poet Rumi wrote: “You must ask for what you really want. Don’t go back to sleep!”

What do you want? If you aren’t asleep, you may be truly understanding how poignantly fleeting this particular physical lifetime is. But where to go and how to go, day-by-day, with this understanding? Here are some suggestions/reminders of what to bring into the brand new year:

  1. Bring your intention to keep going within! Find the inner freedom of peace within every day. You need to make the Center Within your home base. All good flows from there!  Establishing a daily meditation or self-reflection time is important. Take your relationships there for inner council. Take your work in the world there for advice and blessings. Take your health problems there for healing. Listen within, then act externally as directed.
  2. Ask your Higher Self (or whatever you consider a higher Source) to show you both your shortcomings and your talents. Ask for the humility to see yourself with clarity. Edge up close to the darker places where you could have done better or given more. Just see this stuff. See it with non-judgement and open curiosity, as if you were looking at a painting; for you are a work of art, and a work of art in progress.
  3. Accept these dis-owned parts of yourself with compassion; for compassion is the gift of acceptance. Open your heart to these misguided, fearful, imperfectly perfect parts of yourself. See if you can muster some radical self-acceptance. As you open your heart to yourself, grace comes in the form of forgiveness. With self-forgiveness comes the ability to start anew, each and every day – to let go of the past and release your inner burdens of guilt, shame, and self-rejection! With forgiveness comes new energy, new choices, and the lightness of inner peace.
  4. Love, love, love this beautiful and horrifying world that’s evolved from the collective unconsciousness. Accept all the people in your life who, if they could have done better, would have done better…for given the unconsciousness and programing that we’ve all inherited, we go through life in various stages of being asleep. Accepting people’s limitations does not mean approval of them. It just means that you aren’t resisting the idea or the fact of them. They exist. What you do with your acceptance is your choice. Acceptance is freedom!
  5. Know that you aren’t alone. There is a Higher Power for good working within each of us and in the world. There are invisible forces of Light urging us all to grow and evolve. The Light shines through other people, in the natural world, in literature, art, music, all forms of creativity and science … Seek the Light to renew your spirit.
  6. Be the consciousness you want to see in the world. Baby step by baby step, make daily decisions to push beyond your fear, self-sabotage, and the inability to give yourself over to love and growth and peace. Be a warrior for living life fully and courageously in the face of heartbreak, violence, and death.
  7. Be grateful. Fill your consciousness with gratitude rather than negativity. Seek the higher perspective always. Keep your eye on the good and let that steer your flight. Affirm the good daily. Let the vibration of goodness lift your spirits, for the energy of gratitude does that. Sometimes we need some help feeling gratitude – reach out for help when you need it. Others can help lift your energy and spirit. We need each other for that!

So fly high, little dove. As you are making plans or resolutions for the new year, please know that I am here to help in whatever way I can. If you are interested in becoming a Oneness Deeksha Giver and/or going deeper- and higher – in clearing and manifesting the life you want, considering taking the weekend Oneness Awakening Course that my colleague Savita Jachim and I are teaching at Infinity Foundation in the Chicago area on Feb. 11 and 12. You can check out a short video we made about the course and register here:  This course offers CEU’s for therapists, by the way.

Love to all and wishes for an amazing and truly empowering 2017!

Fairy Tales Can Come True…

bright picture of adorable baby boy over white

“….it can happen to you, If you’re young at heart”. Remember the song that Frank Sinatra and Walt Disney made so famous? If you aren’t familiar with it or would like a boost of innocence, wisdom, and sweet hope, have a listen:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=anlz3EuuhWo

The song is a classic because it speaks to the hunger in so many of us to recapture our innocent joy and the fulfillment of our youthful passion and dreams. Even if your childhood was challenging, as so many childhoods are, perhaps you can remember certain times or activities that brought you great joy and a sense of autonomy — or a connection to something bigger than your family.

For me, getting on my bicycle seems to instantly conjure a powerful memory of joyfully riding my bike alone, at about age 10, to my piano lessons at the home of Mrs. Bonebreak (yes, it was really her name!). She was my piano teacher who lived about 6 or 7 blocks away in our subdivision. I know it wasn’t far, but I guess part of the thrill was feeling a little like a grown-up, out on a mission after school, without parental supervision or my younger sister tagging along.

Perhaps part of the joy was also about my dreams of creating music. In the beginning, I think I had fantasies of being a great piano player someday. Unfortunately, my first big recital, in front of maybe a hundred or more people, was nerve-wrackingly overwhelming and, in fact traumatizing, causing me to toss my dreams of future piano playing. I am not going to blame my parents for letting me quit – been there, done that. And I really wasn’t all that talented, to be honest. Nevertheless, live music can move me now to blissful tears of joy.

But I digress; the point I’m trying to make is that when we are young, we have innocent hope, and we have dreams. As we age, “life” happens to our heart-felt dreams, and they begin to calcify. Perhaps we settle for less than what we had been hoping for. Perhaps loss, disappointment, self-judgment, and resignation creep in, along with hectic schedules, grown-up responsibilities, diminishing physical vitality and just plain not as much fun…need I say more? Can you relate a bit?

As our fun shrinks, so can our gratitude and even our hope. This will surely make you feel and look old. I’m often reminded of that saying that goes something like this: It’s easy to be grateful when you’re sitting down to a feast; but the challenge (and mastery) is to be grateful when you’re starving. How do you hang on to gratitude and youthful hope when the external world isn’t giving you what you are wanting?

The key is to remember to return to feeling “young at heart” by refreshing your spirit when feeling overwhelmed by all the grown-up stuff – the constant bills, the heavy schedules, the inevitable communication problems, the inevitable losses, lack of sleep, disappointment, and more. Feeling young is to be curious, to be open to the new, to take risks, to play, and to be vulnerable. Without vulnerability and some risk-taking, nothing new can come in; you’re only replaying the same old patterns, beliefs, and habits. Life gets small if you lose fun, courage, and hope – please don’t let that happen. Find what puts a “song” in your heart. Here are 7 things I do regularly to keep my heart feeling young:

  1. I have a daily meditation practice to turn inward; it’s a time for only my authentic, inner experience – not attending to the needs of others or the perceived pressures of life. This is refreshment from the Source! Drinking in the sweet juiciness of the present moment, there’s nothing to do but just BE. The more I drink, the sweeter I realize it is. I also feel blessed that I can give myself Deeksha to quickly connect with this sacred space.
  1. If I’m so unhappy that I can’t conjure up the will to meditate, I play some of my favorite music to lift me out of dullness or funk. If it moves me to dance or sway a bit, I’ve struck gold!
  1. I get outside and move the body. One of my big joys is simply taking a walk in a natural setting. Walking can be great meditation, as can any athletic movement – swimming, biking, running. Yoga is great. All kinds of movement get me out of my head and into my body. Bodies are made to move and we can help shift stagnant energy in our auric energy field by moving.
  1. I feel my emotions as fully and as much as possible. I let myself cry, laugh heartily, love, or feel absolutely despondent. Humans are meant to feel; this, too, shifts stuck energy in our field.
  1. I create; Creativity is our very nature. For me, it’s writing. For someone else, it might be anything from sculpting, to cooking, gardening, or re-organizing the garage. I recommend doing what makes you lose track of time!
  1. I call or hang out with loved ones and friends when I’m feeling hopeless or low. Even though it might be your inclination, I don’t recommend isolating yourself when you feel unlovable. Humans need humans, or perhaps an adoring pet, to remind you that you’re not alone in this world.
  1. I give away my time, talent, and treasures. You’ve got to give it away to have it! When you feel depleted, that’s the time to help someone, somehow. Like it’s said, it’s easy to be grateful at a feast, but when you’re hungry, this is the time to rally – even if you have to fake it ‘till you make it, if necessary. Give!

And here’s a really powerful secret: Give away what you want to receive. It really works. Perhaps you won’t receive what you’re hoping for, on your timetable, and perhaps you’ll not receive it from the source you give to, but do give with faith, as if you have a limitless supply; for in fact you do. The universe is constantly flowing energy, so get in the flow of life to stay young at heart…your fairy tales might just come true!

If you are looking for support (and some magical fun)  in sparking your creativity or igniting your dreams, please consider joining an upcoming six-week, telephonic and shamanic, Career & Creativity Empowerment Group. You’ll meet and work with your own, personal Spiritual Guide to dispel the inner obstacles and roadblocks to empowered success. We’ll be doing shamanic journeying each week and you’ll receive Deeksha to put wings under your feet. This group begins Wednesday, Sept. 7, from 7:30-9pm Central time. Check it out here. Please let me know if you have questions or want to register — email me at paula@fromtheheartcenter.com. Only a couple of spots left!

In-to-me-see; 2 great classes coming up!

man with a heart in hands on a white background

I love this way of remembering what intimacy is all about:  “in-to-me-see”! Whether you’re trying to figure out what you really want, who you are, or why you’re here on earth, or whether you’re trying to find the perfect partner, spouse, friend, or lover (or make the one you have more perfect!) ….there’s only one direction in which to look and that’s INWARD.

Yes, it’s an inside job every time. The best guidance comes from within. The perfect partner, spouse, friend or lover manifests because you’ve connected with those qualities and accepted the not-so-perfect within yourself first. As the poet Rumi wrote, “Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.”

I’ve put together two different classes that will help you with the inward journey of the heart.  Both of these classes are taking place soon, so don’t delay in registering!

If you like the idea of staying home and yet intimately connecting via telephone with your Higher Self in a small group, consider joining me in a Shamanic Journeying Tele-class on August 3 and Aug. 7. If you have to miss one of these nights, a recording of the class will be provided. You can even choose to attend just one, but in my opinion, the price of two is well worth it.  No shamanic experience is necessary – class 1 will teach you to journey and meet your own personal Spiritual Guide. All the details are here.

If you’re local to the Chicago area, there’s a one night class happening on August 10 in Deerfield, IL. It’s called INTUITIVE PATHWAYS FOR CLEAR SELF-GUIDANCE. Do you ever feel immobilized by or struggle with confusion, indecision, or anxiety? Well, if you’d like to learn some powerful secrets to giving yourself an amazing oracle card reading to tap into higher wisdom, come to this class! Giving yourself card readings builds confidence, points you in a direction, raises your vibration, activates your inner antenna, and develops your trust in your own intuition. No experience is necessary and various kinds of oracle cards will be provided for use. The early-bird price ends August 5 and space is limited, so register now!  All the details are here.

Hope to connect with you and shine a light on your inward journey!

Blessings, Paula

VIOLENCE, FEAR & SADNESS; WHAT CAN WE DO?

In the wake of the Brussels attack, I’m sending Golden Orb Deeksha to Brussels. Tears are streaming down my cheeks as I feel into the sadness and fear gripping the world now. Who will be the next victims of terrorism, I wonder.

The fear that is hanging in the air in Chicago seems palpable. If you’re like me, perhaps you’ve been tuning into news media and may feel overwhelmed by the immensity of world problems.

As the transmission of the Golden Orb Deeksha continues, the sadness turns to inner peace. In this moment in time, I’m hoping that people across the world are feeling some comfort or connection from the Deeksha. I’m hoping they are feeling the heart of the world is with them in a time of fear, sadness, pain and uncertainty.

In my own experience, that connection with something greater than my own sense of isolation, fear, pain, and sadness is one of the beautiful gifts I’ve received from Deeksha. Like receiving prayer, only the personal experience of being uplifted by someone’s intentional generosity of spirit can be truly known as real. I believe it is real. I believe that consciousness, energy transmissions like Deeksha, prayer, and energy-based work from trained practitioners (like shamanic soul retrieval) can truly uplift, can create miracles, and can change this violence-ridden world. But it takes a village….and starts with each one of us.

So, please do what you can today. Here are some personal recommendations:

(1) Silence your phone, computer and television, and carve out 10 minutes to sit in silence.

(2) Turning inward, focus on your breathing. Your breath connects you to life – to the amazing and mysterious force that animates each living thing.

(3) As you continue to breath, ask yourself, where is there conflict within me? What part of me is in conflict with another part of me? What part is scared? What part is angry? Just see these various parts of your self. Perhaps a part of you feels angry, bullied, sad, or terrorized by some perception of limitation…some wound from the past. Just see it and allow yourself to feel it.

(4) By allowing these parts of ourselves to surface and be expressed, we become more self-aware and come to accept our selves, the dark and the light. It is only in acceptance of what is there that we can move beyond it. When we accept these darker parts of our self, insights may emerge. With the light of consciousness, we move one step beyond our stuckness, towards inner freedom.

(5) With expanded self-awareness, we are more able to accept others. We move into personal fulfillment when we accept our self, our past, our parents, those that trigger us, and more. If fulfillment is what you’d like, take that stand, ask the universe for it, and open yourself to new tools, and new possibilities for accessing inner freedom and joy.

One point of access to joy might be the upcoming course offering May 20-22 in the Chicago area and 6 other cities. I mention the Oneness Phenomenon’s newest course because I took this course in Canada recently and found it extraordinary. It is not about religion or dogma. It’s taught by Oneness Guides via live-feed from India, it takes you into the heart of consciousness. It holds the space for personal growth to emerge. It also provides an initiation process for the Golden Orb Deeksha, which is an amazing tool for helping yourself, your family, your friends, and the world. I invoke and transmit the Deeksha for upcoming events, for healing, and for my writing, in addition to sending it to others.

P&G_Web_Email Graphic 2If you’re curious, you can find more details and register for the event at one of the 7 cities where it will be held. Use the key word The Phenomenon And The Gift and click here.

In addition, if you’d like more info about the Oneness Phenomenon, the book I wrote, The Oneness Blessing, and the upcoming course The Phenomenon and The Gift, have a listen to the 3/11/16 online radio interview I had with CK Webb, who interviewed me about The Oneness Blessing book. You can listen here.

Radio interviews now available for listeningI’m always available for a complimentary consultation about the sessions I give that also support inner peace, better relationships, personal growth, wholeness, and the fulfillment of all your desires. Who do I love?

Who do I love…when I’m talking about loving myself?

There’s a lot said about self-love. We’ve been told that it’s important. Self-love is the ticket out of shame, guilt, depression and hopelessness. But the more self-aware we become, the more craziness we’re aware of in ourselves…and the more challenging self-love seems. When we become aware of the nastiness of some of our thoughts, it may feel hard to imagine embracing that. But is this the “self” we need to learn to love?

With self-awareness, we see that our minds are constantly judging our selves and others. A banter of fear-mongering self-talk is in the background of our inner worlds most of the time.   Is any of this inner dialogue familiar to you:

Why did ya do that, you idiot?

You’ve got to be kidding – you look really fat in those!

Jeesh, I’ll never be good enough to do what he did….

A meditation practice helps one to become aware of the constant mental evaluating that goes on. The mind excels at defining our separateness from others and rating our own existence, over and over again. It’s a babbling, inner stream of unconsciousness that takes us out of truly experiencing the present moment.

But we are not the mind. A meditation practice helps clarify that fact. In the gap between thoughts, there is a silent presence that witnesses the thoughts. This witness is consciousness itself. It is who we are in our essence. It is universal, eternal, and in that essence, we are One. In that eternity within, there is unconditional acceptance, peace, generosity, joy, curiosity, wisdom, creativity, safety, comfort, security…all the qualities of genuine love.

Loving yourself unconditionally comes automatically when we stop identifying with the ramblings of the mind. Love, in fact, is the nature of our essence – therefore, when we identify and connect with our authentic essence, there is only lovability to experience. There is only lovability in that gap between thoughts.

Be with a baby if you need to understand why we are, in our essence, naturally lovable and love itself. A newborn baby lives in the moment, expressing itself authentically before its soul is entrapped by societal conditioning.

bright picture of adorable baby boy over white

Many things can help release us from the prison of our inner chatter – meditation, music, creating art, dancing, basking in nature, Oneness Deeksha and other forms of energy transmission and energy medicine. Our consciousness is kind of like teeth that need to be brushed everyday….without brushing, the gook of over-thinking builds up, clouding clarity, dampening joy, and keeping us from experiencing the naturally buoyant bliss and peace of our true nature.

To love oneself is to see that it is our human nature to have crazy-talking mental chattering. To love oneself is to intimately know the eternal self…that Higher Self which is our divine, ever-present essence. Loving one’s self is really about making a shift from identifying with the chatterer within, to connecting with the powerful, sacred, inner witness who sees without judgment. The witness –ever-present and palpably conscious — sees, accepts, and continues to see with love. All the love we need is already within. The effort to love oneself is really a shift in awareness.

If you’re in the Chicagoland area, I’d like you to consider attending a workshop I’m facilitating with my colleague Savita Laura Jachim on Sunday, Nov. 22, from 9:30am – 3pm. Join us for a beautiful day of meditation – a medley of different meditation forms – to help you get close and intimate with the sacred, inner witness. It will be a day to luxuriate in true self-love, being present with the essence of love itself. Click here for more information and to register. The early bird pricing of $108 ends on November 7, so don’t delay.
