Soul Retrieval – Special Pricing for August

If your inner light is feeling dimmed by all the chaos, my virtual office is open for business, so come on in!

I haven’t seen some of you for quite a while. Maybe you’ve been tucking in your aura as we all try to stay healthy, and recoup, re-organize, and gather up resources as we look towards fall. Well, I want to remind you of the tremendous resource that shamanic soul retrieval and extraction healing offers us.

Each session of Shamanic Soul Retrieval and Extraction is a unique and precious gem, highly personal to each client. I have been doing this work for over 26 years, and I’m still blown away by the unexpected and synchronistic, perfect unfoldment of each client’s session. As a practitioner, I often am prepared for the work prior to my client’s appointment, sometimes undergoing energetic clearing and ‘downloading” to prep me for the unique healing each person will receive. During the two-hour shamanic session, I become the vessel for transmission of sacred soul energies and wisdom, and extraction of misplaced and blocked energies.

Just to convey the spiritual power of this work, I’d like to share a recent example, with my client’s permission, of the kind of miracles, shifts and synchronicities people experience after these sessions.  Last week, I had a session with a woman (I’ll call her Sue, in order to protect her privacy) who excitedly reported to me that something amazing had occurred right after our previous shamanic session. Sue had already had two sessions with me, and we were beginning our third. One of the several challenges and themes we’ve been working on has been Sue’s desire to have a much closer connection to Spirit.  Along with that, Sue has also been looking for a new job, enthusiastically putting out her resume, but without a new position materializing.

Sue told me that she was driving in her car sometime after our last session, listening to the radio and was feeling very upset and discouraged by the lack of any job offers materializing. As she was driving, feeling filled with frustration and doubt, a song popped into her mind by the band Alabama Shakes, and the song is called “Hold On.” She was thinking of the lyrics “hold on” when, suddenly, her I-Pass transponder flew off her car’s windshield, in such a trajectory that it hit the radio selection dial, and changed the radio station to another station. At that particular moment, that newly switched on radio station was playing the song “Hold On” by Alabama Shakes!

Isn’t that a beautiful message from Spirit to Sue, reminding her of its powerful Presence, and assuring her to “hold on”?  Just contemplate how much the Divine is with us, available for comfort, and always nudging us on to our greater good — often despite appearances otherwise. As in Sue’s situation, and particularly with all the national and global uncertainty, we need faith in Divine order, while at the same time taking action. What I think is especially beautiful in Sue’s case, is that Sue has been hoping for more spiritual connection, and the response from her Divine knocked her socks off with its powerful message. Needless to say, she is feeling much closer to what is sacred to her, and more confident that there is a plan for her highest good, which will become apparent.

Why do people need soul retrievals? What does it mean to lose parts of our soul? When we go through times of turbulence, fear, and difficulties, we may forget our sacred connection to our true identity, our essence – our soul. In order to survive the various traumas, which include loss, fear, accidents, abuse, illness, surgeries, shame, and addiction, a part of our conscious awareness disconnects. We may feel numb in order to emotionally survive. It is this actual energetic disconnection to our consciousness awareness, that is called soul loss. For thousands of years, in cultures all over the world, people have gone to shamanic healers seeking reconnection to their consciousness, their soul.

Soul loss happens as a survival mechanism, but when we are no longer experiencing the trauma, our awareness stays “stuck” in the past. This is what soul loss feels like, and this condition of feeling stuck can show up as not being able to achieve some of our goals, desires, and connection to self and others. We may be stuck in anger, sadness, isolation, or fear. Disconnected, we may feel we are not living up to our potential. We may feel inner conflict and judgment for ourselves and others.

If you feel any of these conditions, please reach out, for there is every reason to know you can feel centered, creative, loving, faith-filled, contributing, and persevering at this time, especially at this time; Life truly is asking us to step into our highest selves.

I strongly believe that everyone needs this work, for their childhood, adult, as well as past lives trauma. Additionally, we are all experiencing trauma, fairly daily now, and we will probably continue to experience challenges to body, mind and spirit for months to come. In an effort to help people rebalance, to release fear, and to flourish amidst this chaotic uncertainty, I’m encouraging you to deeply partner with Spirit as you navigate this new world. Shamanic soul retrieval and extraction can really help bring you back to your innate spiritual connection and empowerment.

Because of the pandemic, I’m offering $30 off one virtual, two-hour soul retrieval and extraction session purchased during the month of August. This reduces the price to $210 for the session.  We will do the session using your choice of zoom, telephone, or skype.

Whether we call our sacred essence Source, Spirit, the Divine, God, our Higher Self, our Soul, the Universe, Nature – it is unique and perfect in its timing and character for each one of us. We are never alone, for this Higher Power is always within and around us. It is manifesting as us. It is our essence, and we are One. But to know this truth, we need to experience it, and to communicate with its Presence. When we can feel it in our heart and recognize the grace that is with us always, then we can feel peace instead of inner conflict and fear. We feel empowered. We feel self-love and we embody love, sharing it with others.

This pandemic is a wake-up call to us earthlings to rise up in consciousness and birth a new world, both individually and collectively. I’m here to help and I encourage you to contact me if you’d like to know more about how shamanic healing can assist in transformation. If you’re ready to book a soul retrieval and extraction session, please email or call now.

With Love and Light,

Paula

Naked Faces, Illegal Hugs & last call for 20% off sale

I took this selfie last summer, when I was experimenting with wearing a face mask due to a troublesome allergy reaction. How eerily prophetic that less than a year later, we are all wearing face masks.

I have come to take a lot for granted. I believe we’re all waking up to that fact. I’ve taken safety for granted. I’ve taken healthy air for granted. And I’m realizing that I’ve taken faces for granted. Beautiful, bare faces — but no longer! Faces reveal so much about us. We are actually quite vulnerable when people see our faces, and I don’t mean just vulnerable to the virus. And how about eyes?  How fascinating and expressive eyes are when they are peeking over masks! Have you noticed?

There’s another thing that many folks take for granted; Some of us single-living folks are not being touched much these days. Typically, we get hugs, handshakes, and so many other pats or platonic touches in our daily life. But now those precious connections are paused. We don’t even accidentally bump into anyone. We’re not being massaged, or routinely getting chiropractic treatments either, unless it’s really essential.  We’re not getting our hair washed, cut and fluffed. Touch-hunger is a real thing, and the body registers lack of touch on physical, spiritual, and psychological levels.

My sister, who lives abroad, told me last week that her young grand-kids finally came over to visit their beloved granny. In their country, there have been very strict rules about traveling outside the immediate home area. But they’d all been missing each other something awful.  So they donned their masks, and as the country’s rules relaxed a bit, they decided to try to safely visit outside. However, in the end, neither my sister nor the kids could resist hugging each other. At least they kept their masks on. “Illegal” it may have been, and hopefully not too risky since they’d all been practicing sheltering-at-home, but the joy felt from it was immeasurable.

Being touched is a crucial need for humans. It soothes anxiety and helps our nervous, digestive, and immune systems. Going without being touched has some big drawbacks. I had to ask myself, as I contemplated my own situation of living alone, what can help mitigate this really fundamental need of humans to feel connection through touch?

I did a little internet searching and found an interesting article in Time Magazine on ways to try to compensate for the lack of skin contact now, in light of Covid-19:

https://time.com/5817453/coronavirus-human-touch/

The article describes how online video chatting, virtual dance parties and online group yoga or exercise classes can aid connection and stimulate hormones being released that are similar to the hormonal stimulation of touch. It’s so valuable to connect with others at this unprecedented time, and thank goodness for online access to other humans.

This is also an incredibly great time to connect deeply, not only with others, but also with your own soul. It’s important to feel compassion for ourselves and for what we’re going through. Don’t isolate from others, and also don’t turn away from the life of your soul. The soul hungers too. The soul cultivates courage. The nourishment we’re seeking now for courage can’t come from cookies, chocolate, alcohol or drugs that might be tempting as we try to escape the current reality. That escapism is human, and let’s be realistic, probably necessary at times, but ultimately, it’s only a temporary band-aid. It can’t be a steady, pandemic diet because it won’t nourish the courage we all need.

It’s such a blessing to connect spiritually with whatever is sacred to you – whether you call it Spirit, the Universe, God, Higher Power, Higher Self…whatever that is to you. So meditate, chant, pray…do whatever you’re called to do spiritually. Especially sweet is to connect with others who are on a spiritual path, which truly feeds that connection and courage hunger in a deeply nourishing way.

Shamanic soul retrieval and extraction, and Akashic Record readings are deeply personal journeys into your soul and what is sacred to you. These sessions bring you back to joy and wholeness, and connect you to your inner guidance, faith – and courage. Only your inner guidance can really inform you of what is healthy for you….and what isn’t. Only your personal guidance can give you the “a-ha’s” that open up perspectives, purpose, and broaden your world. My work is to be a channel of the sacred energies that have all our backs, twenty-four hours a day. I know that as rough as these times are, there is good that is already coming from it, and more on the way if we continue to grow as spiritual beings.

One last reminder: I am offering 20% off my shamanic soul retrieval and extraction sessions and 20% off Akashic Record readings in this month of April.  One week left to schedule an appointment, so don’t delay if you’re looking for more connection, courage, fulfillment and joy! Please contact me for a free consultation to discuss if my services might be helpful for you now. If you book an appointment in the coming week, we can set it up for May.

Be safe, be healthy,

Paula
