Many people are in a state of fear and anxiety due to the uncertainty and unrest of our world. These are natural feelings. In fact, they are a fundamental part of the human experience of the ego mind.

But my question to you is, are you really feeling your feelings? Or are you avoiding the pain of feeling them? We often do this through: obsessive thinking, unhealthy unwinding behaviors, overworking, underworking, procrastinating, problems sleeping, health issues…

These are just some of the ways that being out of balance may show up.

Moving through fear and anxiety, so life can flow through you.

A crucial aspect of finding a greater sense of balance is to sit, observe thoughts, and feel the fear. It will come again, and when it does, we feel it fully. When the feeling passes, we often have clarity about what it’s communicating and what action we need to take.

It’s here that we can finally loosen our grip on fear and trust that life is flowing through us in service to the betterment of ourselves and others. But bringing awareness to our thoughts and fully feeling our feelings can be unknown territory for many of us.

This is an important aspect of what I help clients learn to do, and it’s often revolutionary to their lives!

No matter how defeated or off-track you may feel, you can jump into this work exactly where you are. The spiritual journey is an infinite journey of the soul and dimensions beyond this earth. It’s multi-layered. You just have to show up for it and let the guidance and healing unfold.
